When will my pre-order arrive?

The expected release month is listed right above the pre-order button. This is when the fabric is scheduled to arrive at the manufacturer's warehouse. If it arrives late in the month, it may land on your doorstep the following month. No matter when it arrives, early or late, we’ll get it packaged and shipped to you the next business day!

What happens if my pre-order item is delayed?

While most collections ship right on time, manufacturer delays do occasionally happen. If your fabric is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email. If the new timeline doesn't work for you, you are always welcome to cancel.

Can I purchase pre-orders with other items?

Yes, as long as you aren't on a tight timeframe! Please note that your entire order ships together. If you combine pre-orders with in-stock items, everything will be held until the final item arrives. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders!

Will I be charged immediately for my pre-order?

Yes, payment is processed at checkout. This guarantees that your fabric is locked in and officially reserved just for you!

Are there any additional fees for pre-ordering?

Nope! Pre-ordering simply locks in your order early so that you are guaranteed to get an item you love! 

What if I change my mind about a pre-order?

No problem! You can easily cancel your pre-order at any time before the fabric physically arrives at our shop. Just send us a quick message.
